About the Job

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One's The Gardens in Boston, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to our residents. You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide a supportive environment that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, including assisting with daily living tasks and administering medication.
  2. Maintain accurate records of your work and contribute to the upkeep of a safe and clean living environment.
  3. Develop strong relationships with colleagues and residents' families, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A level 3 in Health and Social Care qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience working as a senior carer in residential care homes with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
