Senior Care Professional

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Care Professional to join our team at Westfield Nursing Home in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Senior Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and leading a team of care assistants.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others and develop your leadership skills. You will be responsible for aiding residents' emotional well-being and social needs, administering medications, and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience as a Senior Care Assistant and leadership experience. A NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it is also essential.
The successful candidate will receive:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
