Lead Care Assistant Position Available

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Care Assistant to join our team at Westfield Nursing Home in Boston, Lincolnshire.

About the Role

In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and promoting a positive and supportive working environment
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans to meet residents' needs
  • Monitoring and reviewing the quality of care delivered by the care team
Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Senior Care Assistant and a proven track record of leadership
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
