Dementia and Nursing Care Professional

The Senior Care Assistant position at HC One's The Gardens in Boston offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to deliver high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities:- Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Administer medication accurately and administer medications using the Emed system.
- Maintain accurate records of your work and contribute to the upkeep of a safe and clean living environment.
- A level 3 in Health and Social Care qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a senior carer in residential care homes with dementia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG.
- Hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications (approximately £11-£13 per hour).
