About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, who require care and support due to dementia.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Leading a team of care assistants and contributing to the overall management of the care environment

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, meal allowance, company pension scheme, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
