About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Leader to join our team at HC-One. As a Registered Nurse with expertise in dementia care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while leading by example and mentoring our staff.

Salary: £23.00 - £28.00 per hour

Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire

Job Type: Full-time

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid Pin number and a strong understanding of your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. You will also need to be passionate about mentoring and sharing your knowledge with your colleagues, as well as providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.

You will advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for the people living in our care home and their families. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, so you will need to be able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns.
