We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to lead our care team at Westfield Nursing Home in Boston, Lincolnshire.
About the JobAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individual care plans to meet residents' needs
- Supervising and supporting a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care
- Collaborating with colleagues to promote a positive and supportive working environment
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience as a Senior Care Assistant and a proven track record of leadership
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
