Senior Care Operations Manager

The position of Deputy Home Manager at Chase Medical requires a qualified professional with leadership skills and experience in managing care teams. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Registered Manager to implement policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a care management position.
- Recent experience working in a care setting.
- A good understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
Compensation
This role comes with a competitive salary of £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
