Job Title: Account Management Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Account Management Specialist to join our team at Staffline Operations in Boston. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling high inbound and outbound call volumes, responding to job applications, providing a positive customer experience, building and maintaining relationships with onsite teams, allocating workers to shifts/bookings/planning, processing payroll, updating records using Word and Excel, tracking and updating KPIs, maintaining compliance with procedures, and supporting ad-hoc duties as required.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12 per hour, 5 days out of 7, temp to perm opportunity, on-site support from Staffline, canteen on site, and free car parking on site.
