Rockfield Specialist Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Horticultural Scheme Coordinator to join our client's team. As a conduit between stakeholders, you will manage and work with workers while they're in the UK, developing value-adding relationships with farms.

This largely field-based role involves visiting farms, interviewing workers, and meeting customers. Around one day a week will be spent working from home, focusing on report writing and e-mail/phone communication. A full UK driving licence is required for this position.

Key responsibilities include speaking Russian, holding a UK full driving licence, maintaining relationships with clients, and making recommendations for corrective actions. Our client offers a fast-growing environment with opportunities for career progress and provides full training.
