The Welfare and Benefits Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting patients and their families across Lincolnshire, working closely with healthcare professionals to promote the service and provide emotional support. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coordinator to join our team and make a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to manage benefit claims, collect and analyze data, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and possess a strong understanding of benefit systems.

This is a 16-hour per week part-time opportunity, with flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working and ad-hoc travel requirements. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including pension options and generous contributory pension scheme.

  • Benefit claim management and coordination

Estimated salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
