Student Attendance Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Attendance and Welfare Officer to join our team at Boston Spa Academy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing student absences and implementing strategies to support students in returning to the academy.

Key Responsibilities- Analyse student attendance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement targeted interventions to support students who are struggling with attendance.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support.
- A strong understanding of education policy and practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions.
