School Site Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Caretaker at Thomas Middlecott Academy. This is a critical role that requires someone who can manage the day-to-day operations of the school's premises, including maintenance, repairs, and security.
As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the school's premises, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
- Oversseeing the work of contractors on site and ensuring compliance with statutory testing requirements
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the health and safety of staff and students
- Coordinating building maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring the security of school assets and property
In recognition of your skills and experience, you will receive a salary of around £25,000-£32,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including:
