Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all admin on time accurately and ensure that all relevant paperwork is filed and archived to support due diligence.
  • Administration of site Quality Management System/Process development system, and associated control documents including relevant factory paperwork and other process systems.
  • Coordination of Process KPIs and trial information, and subsequent generation of internal and external reports.
  • General office duties, e.g. documentation management and control, maintenance of Process team equipment requirements, administration of ordering and receipts for purchases / repairs, assisting in the preparation of customer site visits.
