Section Leader Position

We're looking for an experienced Section Leader to join our team at Bakkavor Boston. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our business.

You'll be responsible for leading a team of staff and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of £31,925 (3.2.2.3 shift pattern, 6AM - 6PM) for a permanent position.
