Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Operational Coordinator to join our team at Staffline Operations in Boston. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high levels of communication with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders, allocating workers to shifts/bookings/planning, processing payroll, updating records using Word and Excel, tracking and updating KPIs, maintaining compliance with procedures, and supporting ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing and resolving conflicts
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
