Job Description

Axon is seeking an experienced Equity Plan Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of our global stock plans. This role requires excellent organizational and analytical skills to ensure seamless execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track performance criteria for various grants, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate educational programs and communications related to employee equity programs and policies to ensure effective adoption and compliance.
  • Maintain insider trading blackout windows and Section 16 officer trade restrictions in the equity system, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and document equity-related procedures, policies, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risks.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with SOX and internal policy standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a stock compensation administration role at a public company or service provider.
  • Proficiency in Excel and general understanding of accounting standards related to equity compensation.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, including a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision plans, fitness programs, emotional & mental wellness support, learning & development programs, and snacks in our offices.

The actual base pay is dependent upon factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
