Staffline Recruitment Specialist

As a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our onsite teams and clients across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. You will be responsible for handling high inbound and outbound call volumes, responding to job applications, and building strong relationships with our onsite teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Respond promptly to job applications and provide a positive experience for our clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our onsite teams to understand client requirements and upcoming recruitment needs
- Allocate workers to their shifts/bookings/planning accurately
- Process payroll efficiently and accurately
- Update records using Word and Excel, and complete filing tasks as required
- Track and update KPIs to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and respond to 'Have Your Say' ticketing effectively
- Check RTW reports regularly
- Conduct welfare meetings for SSP candidates
- Respond to compliance emails in a timely manner
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the business
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Comfortable handling high volumes of calls
- Good written and spoken English language skills
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
