**Job Overview**
We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to lead our production team at our client's site in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing and experience in supervising a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the production line is running efficiently and effectively, while also meeting the required quality standards. They will also be responsible for managing a team of staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
This is a full-time position working a continental shift pattern, with the hours of work being 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am. Our perfect candidate will have previous experience working as a Line Leader in food manufacturing, although candidates with other relevant experience will also be considered.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000-£30,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour week. Benefits include a free shuttle bus from Boston to get to work, canteen on site, free car parking, full training provided, opportunities for overtime, and shop on site.
