About the Role

Irelands Farm Machinery Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounting and Financial Manager to lead our financial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company and take charge of our financial planning and reporting.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To manage all aspects of financial reporting, including preparation of month-end management accounts and presentation to the management team.
  • To process quarterly VAT returns, year-end accounts up to audit level, and bank account reconciliations.
  • To collaborate with and support other team members within the office and sales teams.
  • To oversee monthly payroll processing for approximately 36 employees.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • ACCA or ACA qualification, certification, or charter.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Familiarity with various accounting software, preferably including IBCOS; full product training can be provided.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 per year.
  • A company pension scheme.
  • 23 days' holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
