About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at New England Baptist Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their expertise in general ledger and payables to support our finance division.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Close and Reporting: Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accounting entries, distribute financial reports to hospital departments, and reconcile various balance sheet and subledger accounts on a monthly basis.
  2. Accounts Payable: Process daily invoices, review and approve weekly AP check runs, reconcile with major AP vendors, and maintain relationships with their representatives to ensure timely payments.
  3. Revenue Cycle Support: Provide analysis and input to revenue cycle related departments on various projects and needs.
Requirements

  2. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication skills are essential.
  4. The ability to work independently across various hospital departments is necessary.
  5. Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
