We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for managing large-scale projects and leading diverse teams to success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering (HNC qualification or equivalent) and bring at least five years of project management experience. They will demonstrate technical competence, leadership, and excellent communication skills, thriving under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Team Development: Lead a team of project personnel, communicating expectations clearly, supporting career development, and fostering a productive environment.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Track project costs, prepare financial reports, and manage sub-contract accounts.
  • Health & Safety: Uphold company standards for safety, ensuring compliance on all project sites.

Salary: Competitive salary range £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
