**Job Description**

We are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services to our customers.


**Key Responsibilities**

  • Book and manage customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, collaborating with the workshop team to optimize workflow and meet targets.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience from arrival to vehicle handover, ensuring timely updates and personalized support.
  • Liaise with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.


**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills, knowledge of dealer management systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
