We are seeking an experienced Technology Support Specialist to join our Integrated Telecare Monitoring Team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality assistive technology services that empower elderly and vulnerable individuals to live independently in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessment and Implementation: Conduct thorough assessments to determine suitable telecare equipment for each customer's unique environment, and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Equipment Demonstration and Training: Provide clear demonstrations on how to use the equipment, ensuring customers feel confident and supported.
  • Customer Support and Record Keeping: Offer ongoing advice and support to customers and their families about assistive technology services, and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in providing care or support for older or vulnerable individuals.
  • Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with assistive technology equipment and ability to program and install it effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as needed.
  • Time Management: Able to prioritise and manage workloads, working without direct supervision.
  • Driving License: Valid driving license and access to transportation are essential for this role.
