A seasoned Senior Manager is required to lead our asset management consulting practice. With a strong background in MO/BO Change & Transformation, CRM Distribution, or platforms (Aladdin, Charles River, SimCorp etc), the ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing and implementing operating models.

Our client is a global boutique management consulting firm serving top asset and wealth managers. They seek a professional with experience in the asset management industry, across various segments, offerings, and businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading client engagements, providing strategic guidance on front to back operating model design and implementation
  • Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Designing and delivering engaging presentations, articulating complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical manner

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience at a recognized consulting firm
  • An excellent understanding of the asset management industry, including trends and emerging products/services
  • Knowledge of operating model design and implementation
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

Benefits

This is a hybrid/remote opportunity with regular travel to offices in NYC, Boston, Denver, Austin, or San Francisco. The salary range for this position is $195k to $220k per annum.
