Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement S&U tax and property tax compliance strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance tax software capabilities, ensuring alignment with general ledger/ERP systems.
  • Lead the preparation of tax exemption certificates for both internal and external entities.
  • Analyze and advise on tax implications related to new and potential assets or projects.
  • Conduct thorough tax research and provide actionable insights for tax management.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, tax, or a related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with SAP, HFM, and Microsoft Office applications is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and commercial acumen.
  • Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
