About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our UK finance function. As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing invaluable expertise in profitability analysis, cost management, pricing strategies, and more.

  1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with local management teams and become a key member of the Sales & Operations Planning team.
  2. Financial Leadership: Provide expert guidance on financial planning and budgeting to support business growth.
  3. Play a Pivotal Role: Contribute to the launch of a new factory, helping shape its financial success.
  4. Financial Planning Mastery: Coordinate the UK's financial planning alongside colleagues across other regions.
  5. Complete Financial Control: Manage the full scope of UK financials, from statutory requirements to tax matters.
  6. Diverse Projects: Be involved in ad hoc projects that align with the company's evolving needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, or ACCA) qualification
  • A strong background in manufacturing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
