We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Finance Lead. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a qualified accountant with a strong background in manufacturing.

About the Team

As a key member of the Pratap Partnership team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

  1. Financial Leadership: Provide expert guidance on financial planning and budgeting to support business growth.
  2. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with local management teams and become a key member of the Sales & Operations Planning team.
  3. Play a Pivotal Role: Contribute to the launch of a new factory, helping shape its financial success.
  4. Financial Planning Mastery: Coordinate the UK's financial planning alongside colleagues across other regions.
  5. Complete Financial Control: Manage the full scope of UK financials, from statutory requirements to tax matters.
  6. Diverse Projects: Be involved in ad hoc projects that align with the company's evolving needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, or ACCA) qualification
  • A strong background in manufacturing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
