Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional healthcare professional to lead our Tobacco Dependency Treatment Service in Boston and Grantham. The successful candidate will establish and manage the team, developing the infrastructure to ensure a highly effective service.

The post holder will support the clinical roll out of a Trust-wide Tobacco Dependence Treatment Service, providing clinical input and working closely with the Trust clinical leads and local clinical community stop smoking leads.

This is an exciting opportunity to help people in Lincolnshire make healthier lifestyle choices and achieve the best clinical outcomes while supporting United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust's smoke-free agenda.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with service users, their carers, and internal/external colleagues within the multi-disciplinary team (MDT).
  • Deliver a high-quality, evidence-based service.
  • Actively promote excellent team and interdisciplinary relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Literacy in IT/computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full staff management experience.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
