Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at a General Hospital in Boston, Lincolnshire. As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist for women and children, you will have the responsibility of reviewing and developing policies, producing medicines optimisation reports, and providing line management and support to junior pharmacists and students.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure optimal use of medicines
  2. Lead a team of junior pharmacists and students, providing guidance and support as needed
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy degree (Master/Batchelor)
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • GPHC registration with no restrictions
  • Postgraduate Clinical Diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience working in a similar role within a hospital setting
