Primary Care Healthcare Professional

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Boston, PE21 8EG. The successful candidate will have current NMC registration, experience of working in a Primary Care environment, and a commitment to patient care.
Main Duties- Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients registered with our practices
- Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive primary care services
- Develop and maintain high-quality clinically effective and cost-effective primary care through evidence-based practice
- Participate in and provide clinical supervision as required
- Participate in research within the practice, as appropriate
This is a part-time role, offering flexible hours and a supportive work environment. You will be supported by a Clinical lead, GP's, PNs, Pharmacists, HCA, and Paramedics, with opportunities for clinical progression and training support.
Requirements- Current NMC registration
- Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
- Commitment to patient care
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practice
