Are you a motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation Team Lead to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

As a key member of our Integrated Therapy Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of therapists and providing guidance and support as needed. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing rehabilitation plans that meet the individual needs of patients.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic environment and gain experience of frailty, dementia, acute illness, oncology, and long-term conditions. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including Health Care of the Older Person Team and the Acute Medical Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of therapists and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective discharge planning.

Person Specification

Qualifications

  • Occupational Therapy DipCOT or BSc OT
  • Occupational Therapy HCPC Registration.
  • ECDL or equivalent
  • Practice Education certificate
  • MSc in Health care related subject
  • Evidence of post-registration study

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £43,772 - £52,793 per annum, depending on experience. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
