Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Outreach team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality Physiotherapy interventions to patients with long-term neurological conditions or recent neurological events/relapses.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will undertake evidence-based and holistic Physiotherapy interventions to support patients in maximising their potential. You will work closely with a highly skilled and experienced multidisciplinary team, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality Physiotherapy assessment and interventions to patients with neurological conditions
* Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to support patients in achieving their goals
* Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
* Contribute to education and training of students and junior staff members

Requirements
* Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
* Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* Evidence of maintained CPD in a portfolio, including attendance at relevant post-graduate courses
* 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above, including English Language and Maths
* Proven experience as a physiotherapist in a variety of NHS clinical areas, including experience in the treatment of long-term neurological conditions
* Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills, with ability to write complex reports correctly in clear and legible English

Salary
£45,414 - £55,276 per annum
