Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Outreach team in United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment and intervention skills, with a strong background in treating long-term neurological conditions.

This is a countywide post, requiring travel primarily on the east of the County, where the successful applicant will provide high-quality physiotherapy interventions to support patients to self-manage their conditions and maximise their potential.

Main Duties:
  • To conduct thorough assessments of individuals with neurological conditions and develop tailored intervention plans to meet their needs.
  • To work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and support to patients and their families.
Person Specification:Qualifications:
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration as a Physiotherapist with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and CPD.
  • GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English Language and Maths.
Experience:
  • Proven experience working with patients with long-term neurological conditions, including stroke rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience of working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of neurological conditions and ability to apply this in practice.

Estimated salary: £52,500 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, flexible, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development are essential requirements for this role.
