We are looking to appoint a passionate Teaching Assistant to work with small classes, made up of students aged between 5 and 11.

**About the role**:
Working under the direction of the class teacher, the ideal Teaching Assistant will be energetic, flexible, positive and patient, with an ability to build strong working relationships with young people.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Primary Teaching Assistant you will:

- Have a Teaching Assistant qualification level 2 or 3
- Have excellent verbal communication skills for motivating children to learn
- Having patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Being able to use your own initiative

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Relevant experience
- Have a Teaching Assistant qualification level 2 or 3
