**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your role will be to support the classroom teacher and provide assistance to students in a primary school setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom activities.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may need extra help.
- Collaborating with the class teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting with classroom management and discipline as needed.
- Participating in team meetings and sharing ideas for enhancing the learning experience.
- Demonstrating a commitment to the safety and well-being of all students.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Passion for working with young children and helping them learn and grow.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of educational principles and practices.
- A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
