Protocol Education is currently seeking for a **Primary** **SEN Teaching Assistant** to join a fantastic primary school in the **Boston** area. This school stands proud in their pupil’s development and wish for a reliable, kind and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team to help create an encouraging and safe learning environment.
- Previous experience working in a school environment.
- Previous experience with SEN children and responsibilities.
- The ability to lead intervention groups of small numbers.
- Be able to work closely and effectively with children on a one-to-one basis.
- Have a good understanding of all SEN.
- Great leadership and behavioural management.
- Patience and understanding towards the children.
- Respect for all - staff and pupil.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 references showcasing previous experience in a school environment with SEN duties.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- A current enhanced DBS certification.
- Valid full UK driving license, or reliable commute methods.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
