The Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group is seeking an exceptional healthcare professional to lead the establishment and management of its in-house Tobacco Dependency Treatment Service.

As a Lead Nurse for Smoking Cessation, you will be responsible for developing the infrastructure to ensure a highly effective service, providing clinical input and supporting the roll-out of a Trust-wide Tobacco Dependence Treatment Service.

You will work closely with Trust clinical leads and local clinical community stop smoking leads to ensure the successful delivery against agreed timelines and plans, and for the management and resolving any clinical risks.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on public health by helping people quit smoking and promoting healthy lifestyles.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020.

A generous salary of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, pro rata, plus benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements, makes this a compelling opportunity for those passionate about improving patient outcomes.
