We are excited to announce a new role at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust: Clinical Service Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in establishing and managing our Tobacco Dependency Treatment Service in Boston and Grantham.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering healthcare or specialist health advice to patients and the public, as well as full staff management experience.

Main Objectives

  • To develop and implement an effective inpatient Tobacco Dependency Service.
  • To work closely with the Trust's clinical leads and local stop smoking leads to provide clinical input.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Smoking cessation training (Level 3).
  • Teaching/training qualification or equivalent.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
