Tobacco Dependency Service Lead Specialist

Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group is seeking an exceptional Tobacco Dependency Service Lead Specialist to establish and manage a team, developing the infrastructure for a highly effective tobacco dependence treatment service.

The successful candidate will support the clinical rollout of a Trust-wide tobacco dependence treatment service, providing clinical input and working closely with clinical leads and local community stop smoking leads. The post holder will ensure the service is planned and managed effectively, ensuring timely delivery against agreed plans and mitigating any clinical risks.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a smoke-free agenda in the NHS, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and achieving the best clinical outcomes for patients in Lincolnshire.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team. They will be literate in IT/computer skills and possess evidence of ongoing professional development, including Smoking Cessation Training – Level 2 and Teaching/training qualification or equivalent.
