About Our Partnership: South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership is a collaborative effort between three councils, and we are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead our Neighbourhoods Service. This role plays a crucial part in delivering a significant programme of works within the Neighbourhoods Directorate, focusing on refuse, recycling, and food waste collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead the delivery of neighbourhood services programmes across three councils, ensuring alignment with community needs and service priorities.
  • Project Management: Drive the successful execution of neighbourhood services projects, particularly in waste collection, by collaborating with decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with council and government requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in managing large, complex programmes, with a strong understanding of project delivery, financial management, and partnership development.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in programme/project management (e.g., AGILE, Prince2) and a valid driving licence.
