Programme Delivery Lead

**About the Position:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead our Neighbourhoods Service in South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership. As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a significant programme of works across three councils, focusing on refuse, recycling and food waste collections.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the delivery of the neighbourhood services programme across three councils, ensuring alignment with community needs and service priorities.
- Project Management: Drive the successful execution of neighbourhood services projects, particularly in waste collection, by collaborating with decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with council and government requirements.
**What We Offer:**
- Estimated salary £52,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
