**Lincolnshire Housing Partnership**: We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our team in Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the programming and delivery of capital investment and cyclical maintenance programmes. This will also include managing the collection of all stock condition data to inform the Asset Management Strategy and future investment needs.

We offer a competitive salary of £67,620 plus excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Analysis and interpretation of performance and trend reports to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies by developing and maintaining procedure guides for core service areas.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality customer-focused service.
  • Support the delivery of internal and external audit regimes for your service area.
  • Assist in the delivery of key strategies associated with the service such as the Asset Management Strategy and Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance Strategy.
  • Produce monthly performance reporting in respect of investment service delivery.
Requirements:
  • A Building Surveying Degree (or equivalent) and/or Chartered Builder/Surveyor - MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in programming and delivery of capital programmes on a multi-site basis, maximising value for money and return on asset for the organisation's property portfolio.
  • Robust understanding of government policies and statutory legislation shaping the social rented sector.
  • Detailed knowledge of property contracts (PPC, JCT, NEC) and statutes governing them.
  • The ability to interpret stock condition data to develop proactive programmes meeting budget provisions.
  • The ability to interpret financial and social performance data to provide recommendations on asset maximisation and investment decision-making.
