Orthopaedic Trauma Team Nurse

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Nurse to join our esteemed team in providing exceptional care to patients with orthopaedic trauma and elective conditions. Located in the heart of South Lincolnshire, we strive for excellence in patient care and foster a dynamic work environment.
We are committed to offering a competitive salary, estimated at £31,200 - £36,700 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, you will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities that enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of nursing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient running of the department on a daily basis, working closely with the Band 7 team to achieve this goal. This will involve supporting the ward manager with HR-related tasks and implementing changes to maintain high standards of patient care.
We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and written communication skills, as well as evidence of continued professional development. Experience in an acute hospital setting, preferably at a band 5 or 6 level, is also essential.
