- A registered healthcare qualification from the UK, such as NMC or HCPC registration.
- Substantial experience in dialysis/renal care, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
