Global Share Plan Coordinator

Axon, a leader in total compensation, seeks a Global Share Plan Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of our global stock plans.
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on various factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and others.
About the Position- Track performance criteria for performance-based grants.
- Reconcile transactions, termination dates, tax withholding and reporting, share count, and other items as required.
- Support educational programs and communications related to employee equity programs and policies.
- Collaborate with Legal to maintain equity system compliance.
- Enhance and document equity-related procedures, policies, and controls.
- Ensure SOX and internal policy compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years in stock compensation administration, public company or service provider, public accounting or comparable Finance role.
- Excel proficiency and general understanding of equity compensation accounting standards.
