About the Opportunity

As a Vice President of Asset Optimization at Page Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the performance of our commercial real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement asset management strategies that maximize property value and investment returns.
  • Lead Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
  • Drive Acquisitions and Dispositions: Lead asset acquisition and disposition strategies, including market analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution.
  • Enhance Property Operations: Coordinate with property management teams to improve property operations, tenant relations, and leasing activities.
  • Monitor Financial Performance: Analyze financial performance of assets, prepare regular financial reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Promote New Initiatives: Collaborate with the development team on new projects, providing input on design, budgeting, and feasibility.
  • Lead Team Members: Mentor, train, and evaluate a team of asset management professionals.

Salary Estimate: $180,000 - $250,000 per year.
