Rise to the Challenge as a Structural Engineering Director
\Rise Technical Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Director to join our client's team. As a seasoned civil engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of engineers, providing structural solutions and delivering projects efficiently.
\In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, design, and implementation of projects in key sectors. You will also collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on project requirements and mentor and develop a skilled team of engineers.
\The estimated salary for this role is $170,000 - $190,000 + progression to Vice President + stock options + amazing benefits package (medical, dental, vision). This includes opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
\We are looking for a candidate with experience in structural engineering and project management, leadership background, degree-qualified, and eligible for PE. If you are passionate about shaping the future of infrastructure projects and leaving a lasting impact on communities, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
