Education Leadership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Programme Leader to join our team in Boston, where you will play a key role in leading the planning and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring that our learners receive excellent teaching, learning and assessment that models our high standards and aspirations.

We work closely with our Head of Curriculum and Engagement to develop and implement a high-quality, innovative and responsive curriculum that meets the needs of our learners and employers.

Job Responsibilities
- You will lead the planning and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring that our learners receive excellent teaching, learning and assessment that models our high standards and aspirations.
- You will work closely with our Head of Curriculum and Engagement to develop and implement a high-quality, innovative and responsive curriculum that meets the needs of our learners and employers.
- You will ensure that the curriculum is delivered effectively and efficiently by our employees, using a range of appropriate teaching and learning strategies, technologies and resources.
Requirements
- You will have significant experience of delivering teaching, learning and assessment to young people in the Further Education and Skills sector.
- You will hold a relevant teaching qualification, such as QTS or a PGCE.
- You will have experience of curriculum design and development, and be able to apply contemporary teaching theory and practice.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with colleagues, learners and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career development and professional growth.
