About the Job

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Electrical Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Linxon. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead Electrical Transmission projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and execution to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.
  • Oversee the final delivery and handover of the project, ensuring full compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Manage project revenue and budget, track costs, and ensure profitability while meeting safety and quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective integration and communication between suppliers, engineering teams, site personnel, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Extensive years of experience managing EPC substation projects, with a strong focus on site project management.
  • Experience in leading project teams through the full project life cycle from tender to handover.
  • Experience managing budget and cost control, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of Engineering procurement and construction processes and the ability to manage Engineering, material and site work delivery schedules.

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 per annum depending on experience.
